# Adding a "contact support" option to login page

I found this option:

but putting a URL there doesn’t seem to work, at least in this format. Is there an easy way for us to provide a clickable “Contact Support” button on the login page? Or is our only option to create a new “Login App”?

Hi! You are correct, [custom login app](https://docs.appfarm.io/appcademy/appfarm-professional/login-and-configuration/login-and-authentication#custom-login-app) is the way to go for this. There are so many possible wishes for configurability of the built-in login page, so we need to keep it as simple as it is.
