# Is there any way to prevent the browser from autofilling input fields?

When testing my App, the browser keeps trying to autofill fields (Text Inputs or Select / Droplists). Is there a way to avoid this?

Yes, both Text Edit and Select have a setting “Autocomplete”. This needs to be set “off”. You may read more about it in the blue dot
