Rich text’s font types override what you have defined for the app in themes, so everything is out of proportion. ex. H1 follows rich text’s standard font size, instead of whats defined in themes. ---

Hi Marcus, Unfortunately we have not yet implemented a fix for this in Create, but it has been reported and the team is working on it! ---

I’m genuinely surprised by the timeline provided. The issue with the rich text element is quite severe, as a single use of one rich text element disrupts the entire application (with font sizes increasing up to 3x across views). Given the scale of the impact, I would have expected a resolution in a matter of days, not a timeline extending five months from the initial bug report. Is there any way this can be prioritized or expedited? ---

Hi @danielhansen ! I see your concern! The fix is unfortunately tied to the new version of Material UI, which is quite a large change, and cannot be expedited faster than our release containing the Material UI 6 upgrade. That release is scheduled for February 6th, and we have now prioritized this rich text issue to have it delivered with that same release. In other words, the current estimate is February 6th. ---

I see! Do you have any suggestions for a temporary fix one could use? Is it possible to override the CSS with a coded component or by the run code action? ---

Could it be an option to use the read-only Rich text component instead, for the places you just want to display the rich text (and not edit the text)?
