Hello!

I keep having an issue where email sent using the action node gets delivered in junk. This is the case for both Gmail and Hotmail (using outlook). A consequence of this is that images contained within the email are not being displayed. Has anyone encountered this previously or have any tips? Thanks:)

Hi!

A possible solution which has worked for some customers is to add the [appfarm-mail.com](http://appfarm-mail.com) domain to a whitelist/safe senders list in your inbox/company mail settings, if you want to keep using our inbuilt Mailgun account.

It is however recommended to set up and use your own mail provider. You can read relevant information in our docs [here](https://docs.appfarm.io/how-to/integrations/configure-mailgun-account). The default email sender can also be configured [per environment](https://docs.appfarm.io/reference/configuration/environments#email-settings).

Hope this helps!
