# Services not available - url not found

Hi, experiencing issues using services from Swagger and from devtools. I’ve tried with the exact same user roles as my colleague. He gets both the swagger and devtools working. Any good reason for this?

Hi!

If you navigate to the root - are you logged in?

Looks like you are not automatically redirected to the “Appfarm login page” since you have azure ad instead.

Navigated back to the root and not logged in…  
The user with access in create is the user that also have access to the service. I’ve cleared all sessions and still not working for my user. Is there any other pitfall that might explain why I do not have access?

Ok, just so I do not misunderstand: have you logged in with that user, and are able to access apps, but not /api/services/ ?

Yes. Logged in with that user. Still no access.

Tested with different browsers and cleared sessions (just to be sure). I do not come to think of any reasons for this. I’ve had accecess previously with the same user and not done any changes to either roles or permissions before this issue occurred.

I have however used service extensively prior to this

If you are still having issues with this, it sounds like it should be looked at in DM / outside community.
