# SMS delivery problem to specific phone numbers

Hello! We’ve observed an issue where users with specific prefixes in their phone numbers, such as those starting with +65, are not receiving SMS sent through our app. Have you encountered a similar bug before, or does anyone have insights into why this might be happening?

Hi!

This is an issue specifically for Singapore (numbers with +65), which is the only known country with this restriction. As per 31st of January 2023, they have made it mandatory to register Sender ID. You can read more [here](https://www.sgnic.sg/smsregistry/overview).

This is something we need to look closer into and cannot promise a fix anytime soon.
