Clear space in data storage

Hello :smile:
Our data storage in our environment filled up quite quickly, so I checked which data sources that were using the most space and deleted a large chunk of the data. However, the storage usage still hasn’t decreased and I was wondering why?

Is there a scheduled delete for the backup data, or is there another way I can clear some space in the data storage?

Hi @AnnaNilsen ,

When data is deleted, the platform retains it for 3 months before it’s permanently removed. This means that the changes won’t be reflected in the storage usage dashboard until that retention period has passed.
