Im working a lot with translations and love the google translate feature. Lately I have been noticing that it has become very slow and somewhat unresponsive. Both clearing a translation (since you havent fixed the bug so I can just hit translate again unless I have deleted the old value).
I suspect this has to do with the (excellent!) feature undo-redo, but not completely sure. Anyway, if you could take a look at this and see if you can improve, it would be great. It takes up to several seconds just to clear a value which is a poor user experience.
If you allow “re-translation” when there is already text in the field, that would help a lot too, as I wouldnt have to wait for everything to be cleared.
Which Appfarm version are you using when experiencing the slow response times - this will help to see if this is reproducible. A screen recording of this behaviour will also be very useful, if possible. You can send this through DM if this is better. I tested quickly on a customer application with three languages and a lot of translations, but the slow response times weren’t reproducible there.
With regards to your feedback about translations and the behaviour of the translate button and overwriting existing values, this feedback is registered internally as a wish from the Community.
