400 error when uploading files in the application

Hi,

I’m trying to upload a large M4V video file in my AppFarm application, but the upload fails with a 400 error. Smaller files upload without any issues.

Could you let me know:

  1. What is the maximum file size allowed for uploads in AppFarm?
  2. Is this limit configurable, and if so, where can I adjust it?
  3. Are there any different limits depending on the plan or storage configuration?

Hi Elin!

Where are you trying to upload the file? Is it a create file object in an app? The maximum file size is 30MB. You cannot configure this, and it does not depend on the tier.
