When deploying updates from dev/test to stage/prod, it currently updates the whole solution. It would be a great feature to be able to select, e.g., which apps should be deployed. If there is a critical change in a single app that needs to be published for production immediately, it should be possible to only deploy these changes (the single app) and not all other apps that might not be ready for production.

Thank you for registering this. This feature is already on our roadmap, but at the moment, we don’t have any ETA yet.
@kristian This would be a nice feature to us to let us deploy during production hours for services etc. that do not originally affect production apps but if we have changes for production apps online users will be affected.
We want to be able to select just the specific changes we want do deploy for each app/service or to start with just deploying changes for services alone to not affect online users.
I’m happy to inform you that support for more granular deployment is nearing completion and will be released within the next couple of months, probably by the end of February.
