Catch exception: Network error

Im debugging an error in appfarm, but cant find any info on it in the documentations. I have a “Catch all exceptions” with the following output:
httpStatusCode:
code:
name: Error
message: Network Error
body:

Any idea what causes this network error?
The action is creating new objects and persisting to DB. The issue seems to only affect one of our users.
