How to Disable Scroll-to-Change Value Feature in Numeric Text Edits

Change value on scroll

There is this feature of changing the value of int/float on scroll. Here fx in tables. I find this quite scary. Is this an Appfarm feature or a browser feature? Is there any possibility to turn that off? I see really no real use for it either, so I would love to turn it off globally.
