Optional Up/Down Spinner Controls to Text Edit (Number)

Hi Appfarm team! :waving_hand:

It would be great if the Text Edit component with Input Type = Number could support optional built-in up/down spinner controls, similar to a native HTML number input.

It would be even better if this could be enabled or disabled with a setting, so developers can choose when to show the controls.

This would make it much easier for users to adjust values and save us from having to build separate + and − buttons for a common use case.
