ResourceNotFoundError: Unable to find callback reference

Hi,

We’ve had some users report “ResourceNotFoundError: Unable to find callback reference” when logging in with a custom auth. A browser refresh usually does the trick, but we are struggling to identify why this happens. Do you have any ideas?

This case has been solved through the support email, but adding the solution below for possible similar issues in the future:

A user had bookmarked the SSO URL and had been using this as a shortcut to log in. This led to the callback reference becoming invalid, and the user receiving this error message every time they logged in.
