Unable to load Create

Hello!

None of us is able to log into our Solution in Create today. Im able to access Showroom, but not our solution. It loads for some time and always fails with this error code.

Are we hitting some new model size limit?

A bit critical.

Hello,

We’ll have a look. Does this happen immediately or after some time (e.g. 30 seconds)?
Can you also run a speedtest of your network?

Internet speed looks good. Tried with both office wifi and mobile data, same result.

I estimate I get the error after about 10-15 sec
