Change the icon of push notification generated from service endpoint

Im sending push from a service endpoint. The icon from the app is not used, instead it looks like some generated icon from the default colors.
In the blue dot I read: If you are using webpush from a service, changes of the icon will not be aplied to that service unless there are changes in data model or services.
What does that mean? And how can i set a nice push icon for the service?
In the service settings there are very few options, so I cant find where to set this push icon correctly.
