Does a Targeted Deploy of only a Service trigger an "app updated" notification for end-users?

We’re planning to deploy a single Service to Production using Targeted Deploy, without including any Apps, data models, or other components in the deployment.

Can anyone confirm whether users currently active in any apps, regardless of whether they use this Service or not, will receive any “app updated” notification, refresh prompt, snackbar, or similar message?

Hi, as long as the targeted deploy does not have dependencies to anything used in the apps, it should not trigger update notifications to end-users in the app.
The only exception appears to be if you deploy a completely new Service, which will trigger a full reload of the app.
