Issues with Older Devices Not Accessing Our Application

We are experiencing a problem where users with older devices are unable to open our application. This issue occurs in both Chrome and Safari, suggesting that the problem lies with the devices themselves. Is this an issue that others are also encountering?

I had a colleague with an iPhone 8 test two different solutions. She encountered the same error message in both cases.
