Lots of 503 errors on DEV

We’re getting lots of 503 errors on DEV, and development is now extremely slow because of this. Can someone take a look at the DEV servers please? It’s been like this for several hours now.

It’s better today at least. Did someone at Appfarm fix something yesterday?
