Hi,
Our dev enviroment is not running, and it says to contact support. I have checked the App Health and can’t seem to find anything that is causing the issues. Any suggestions on how to fix this? 
We’re having a similar problem with our dev apps being down for the last 10 minutes or so. Before that, there was a lot of strange refreshing behavior and performance problems as well.
Things are back up and running now for us, after being down for a couple of hours
