We have a user reporting that scrolling with the trackpad on iPad sometimes fails. During testing, I’ve found that the issue seems to be related to tables: when hovering over a table, the view “rubberbands” but does not actually scroll. See attachment.

Our developers have investigated the ipad trackpad issue, and found it relates to a native browser quirk called “scroll latching”. This happens when two scroll planes compete, for example if a table is height-restricted (making it scrollable) inside an outer view that is also scrollable.
While we haven’t ruled out exploring platform-level adjustments in the future, the best immediate fix is to review your height constraints. In our test case, removing the height set to 100% on the parent container fixed the issue by letting the table flow freely, so only the outer view scrolls.
Could you check your setup for competing scroll areas? It generally helps to the decide whether the view or the table should scroll, and adjust it so they don’t compete.
