SMS delivery problem to specific phone numbers

Hello! We’ve observed an issue where users with specific prefixes in their phone numbers, such as those starting with +65, are not receiving SMS sent through our app. Have you encountered a similar bug before, or does anyone have insights into why this might be happening?


This is an issue specifically for Singapore (numbers with +65), which is the only known country with this restriction. As per 31st of January 2023, they have made it mandatory to register Sender ID. You can read more here.

This is something we need to look closer into and cannot promise a fix anytime soon.
