User roles not updating

The last few days, we experience that the users’ roles are not updating. Even though the role is changed in Create, the app access is not reflecting this change when the user logs in. It appears to take upwards of 1 hour in some cases before the access is updated in the apps.

The only time roles appear to update is when we remove all of them, but if we then re-add a role (regardless of which), it will automatically receive the old access rights.

Even deleting the user from create and recreating will still not refresh the properties

Hi Theo, and thanks for reaching out! There has been reported some issues with role information not being propagated to the client on some of the newer solutions. Your specific case should now be solved, and the platform team are working on a more permanent fix that will be deployed as soon as it is ready.
