I get this error.
All other environments are ok. Tried to deploy the app again, tried using an incognito session.
The issue remains. This is in our solution called Forbruk, currently, but I have seen the same error before in other environments.

Are you referring to DevTools for Services?
In environments with Horizontal Scaling, Devtools for Services will not work.
All Prod environments run with Horizontal Scaling turned on by default.

Reach out if you experience issues with running DevTools for Services in Stage. 99% of Staging environments run without Horizontal Scaling and should work.
