We are experiencing quite an unstable prod solution today. Many customers struggle to log in, and get an error similar to “Connection is not ready”.
We log every error to slack if “*On app loaded” fails. The log shows what we get in appfarm as “httpStatusCode”, “code” and “message” when an action fails. As you can see, we suddenly got a lot of errors from today at lunch. Everything seemed to work fine before lunch, and it seems to fail on random places.
I don’t think bad connection to the internet is the problem as the errors are still sent to slack.
Also, if getting through *On app loaded, the solution is still unstable. Screenshot from my own session. The loader spins as if losing connection, but I don’t think all customers of ours lost internet simultaneously.
Stage seems way more stable.
