Hi! Regarding Permissions: Have you made sure to tick that the Role has permissions to delete appfarm accounts in the Permissions → Accounts/Roles menu? In addition to allowing for Delete User for the Environment in general?

For the record: The problem was missing “Update User in Role” settings in Permissions → Account/Roles
